We always conduct our services honestly and honorably, and we expect the communities with which we contract to do the same. We meet with every client to gain an understanding of their needs prior to providing any advice or assistance. Recommendations are based upon our training and experience and take proper account of ethical considerations.
Due to the sensitive nature of our advisory service we try to avoid any financial conflicts of interest when recommending a solution to our clients. If we cannot fulfill the need or desire of a client we will refer the client to the appropriate resource(s).
We conduct all of our activities professionally with integrity and compassion. The process can be highly emotional for clients. We take great care to be objective in our judgement and our recommendations so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients. We strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, color, age or personal disability.
Our fees are competitive for the services we provide. Placement services are paid by the referred community, not by the clients or families we represent. We always try to propose solutions which accommodate our clients’ available budgets and timescales, and we agree to disclose how our fees are paid to each client we assist during the discovery phase.
Fees for Consulting and Training services are contracted independently based on project parameters and are agreed upon to prior to project initiation.
